Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people find and use our website, so we can keep improving it. Both tools set cookies in your browser.

They show us things like which pages are visited, how long visits last, what kind of device and browser is used, roughly where visits come from, and how people click and scroll through a page. We also count clicks on our Book, Call and Shop links, so we know which ones are useful.

Booking and shopping

Appointments are booked on Vagaro, our booking provider. Skincare from our shop page is bought on RIMAN’s website. Anything you enter there is handled by those companies under their own privacy policies:

What this website doesn’t do

This website itself doesn’t collect personal details like your name, phone number or email. There are no sign-up forms or accounts here. And we don’t sell data.

How to opt out

• You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser’s settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies”.
• To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install Google’s free Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
